Know as traditional terracotta lobster pots from the mediterranean, these are left in the sea to catch the lobsters (although they seem small for a lobster, maybe a langoustine) They are covered in the most perfect coral that has naturally formed all over them. As you will see from the picture one side has not formed the coral as that would be the side that laid on the seabed, how can nature be so clever. A very decorative pair of pots that would look lovely in the home or garden. The original rope handles can be displayed inside or out, or could be cut off if you preferred.
