Antique French Marquise chair, (The Queens Chair) large chair / small sofa. c1900. Traditionally upholstered in antique French hemp linen. Fabulous size to curl up on. There was probably a little more carved detail on the top of the arms at one point, but this has long gone over the years and does not detract from this unusual large model. Seat depth 26.5. Floor to seat 19″.
