I just fell in love with this old lovers swing, the detail is so soft and pretty. The 4 original iron fixings are attached to the swing, I have added 8 meters of aged chain (2 meters on each of the 4 corners) and a clip at the top and bottom of each length of chain so it can easily be removed from the swing. I would not recommend leaving the seat outside in the winter. The chain could obviously be cut down if required. It would look fabulous inside the home as well. I could happily just live with the seat on the side at home as a decorative piece. The below measurement are of the seat only.
