I was thrilled to find 2 of these original 19th Century French shop blinds. Both sides show the same painted detail so from the outside of the shop or inside you could see the same, truly special. They are painted on a canvas.
Although the reverse side of this one has the same painted detail there is 2 small basic repairs, this does not detract obviously when it is hung on a wall as only the good side could be seen.
